Whatsapp will no longer support windows phones by 31 December 2019.

Are you a Windows phone user? You have to know that the most used instant messaging platform in the world, WhatsApp announced that it will be ending its support for all devices running on Windows Operating System by 31 December 2019 and the most saddening part is it may not be available in store after 01 July 2019. What does this mean? It means those that may want to install Whatsapp after 01 July 2019 might not be able to do so leaving only those that had installed before this date with the opportunity to use only up to the time they may need to update since some feature will have stopped functioning.

This move by Whatsapp has come after Microsoft earlier this year announced that it will have pulled its support for Windows mobile devices by December 2019. So, Windows phone users might have to consider switching to iOS or Android devices to continue using this messaging platform.
